Hosts really care about the place and your stay and it shows. Place was incredibly clean. Pool and hot tub are lovely, as was the dock with sun protected chairs for any point in the day or night. Inside the kitchen and every bedroom and well provisioned, and the game room is amazing for kids of any age. We arrived late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised to find an amazing coffee bar that meant we didn’t have to rush out in the morning. If you are doing Lego-land it is a no brainer. We were a last minute booking and still easily made day trips to Universal (about an hour) and Clearwater (about 90 minutes). We had a couple of questions and Deann and Christopher were on top of it. We loved the scene and how welcoming it felt. It is way too beautiful to only stay a few days. So much to do and enjoy. Definitely a get away spot to relax. Loved everything!

Location was perfect. The view was incredible; it made for an amazing sunrise and sunset. The amenities were great as well and it kept a group of teenage girls entertained all weekend. You will never get bored here. Nothing! It truly was an incredible stay. Plenty of space, plenty of rooms, and plenty to do. It was cold the weekend we went so we didn't get on the lake but having the option to paddleboard or kayak was great. If it's cold, don't forget to bring firewood for the firepit!

Christopher is an exceptional host who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for his guests. His responsiveness is remarkable, as he promptly addresses any inquiries or concerns. During our time at the house, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, thanks to Christopher’s excellent place. Absolutely wonderful stay! The home was incredibly spacious and comfortably fit 3 adults and 5 kids with plenty of room to relax. The location couldn’t be better—super close to LEGOLAND, which made our trip so easy and fun. The place was spotless, very clean, and felt safe, which we truly appreciated while traveling with kids. It was also fully stocked with essentials—towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, Q-tips, cotton balls—and even welcome snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. We especially loved the small details like hair ties in the bathroom, a makeup towel, and how fresh and clean the towels and sheets were. The host was fantastic—excellent communication, quick responses, and smooth, stress-free check-in and check-out. Everything was clearly explained and well organized. We felt very comfortable here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to families, especially those visiting LEGOLAND! 🌟

The rental was in a great neighborhood, and it was very quiet and peaceful. The owner always kept in touch and always told us if we needed anything to just let him know! We plan to stay at this rental for our vacation next year as well! Absolutely zero complaints about this property!

AMAZING stay! This property was exactly as advertised, and the host, Christopher, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We are a senior traveling softball team and we have stayed at many different properties around the country, and this was by far one of the best, if not THE best, experience we’ve had! The property was spacious and beautiful, with plenty of room to host family and friends. It had multiple areas for activities of all kinds, to include pool, hot tub, large boathouse lounge area with fire table, full outdoor kitchen with grill, griddle and pizza oven, putting green, theater room, kayaks and SUPs for lake use, pool/ping pong table, bar area, multiple big screen TVs, and a phenomenal coffee bar! With all of that said, words and pictures do NOT do it justice…you must check it out!! This place is amazing for kids, but we did not have any on this trip. Regardless, many in our group are planning future family trips with kids. I will definitely plan on returning!!

Absolutely stunning! House was stocked with everything you need! They also had snacks and water bottles stocked for us when we got there. We were celebrating my daughter’s 3rd birthday and they even had a gift, birthday card and birthday balloon for her when we checked in. I highly recommend this location and we will be back in the summer!

We are a family that rents vacation homes at least six times a year, so we have solid criteria to compare. This has been by FAR the best home we have ever stayed in. I mentioned to Christopher that we were celebrating our son Lorenzo’s 10th birthday, and the welcome exceeded all expectations: a gift with a handwritten card, birthday plates, a hat and balloons. In the theater room, every seat had a blanket and a snack bucket for each child. Everything was impeccable and top quality, from appliances and cookware to technology. The barista coffee machine was fully stocked, the house smelled incredible, bathrooms were spacious and thoughtfully stocked, even with hair ties. The grill was fully equipped, kayaks and paddleboards with life jackets were included, and they even left hot chocolate supplies due to the cold weather. Traveling with six kids, they left brand new board games. We felt truly cared for. This will definitely become an annual trip for our family. Thank you, Christopher
